Other Things to Note:
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. Access codes will only be released once the $1,500 security hold has been successfully processed.
Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking.
The main guest must be 21 years of age or older. Guests will receive a link to complete our online check-in prior to arrival. This must be completed by the main guest before access details are released.
Please note that we strictly enforce a no-noise and no-party policy. The property is located within a quiet residential neighbourhood and is best suited to families, couples, corporate guests, and those seeking a relaxing coastal escape. Hens, bucks, schoolies, or similar events are not permitted.
Linen and bath towels are provided, and beds will be professionally made prior to your arrival. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
