Our property offers a comfortable and fully equipped stay for up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms—one with a full bed and the other with a double bed—each with its own air conditioner, clothes cabinet, and access to a private terrace overlooking the large pool, kiddie pool, and playground. We also have a new premium sleeper sofa bed for additional guests. Extra pillows are available in the cabinets for your comfort.
Guests also have access to building amenities, including the adult and kiddie pools (access is completely free for your first 2 adults and any kids under 4 feet tall. Any extra adult guests can join in for just ₱200 each)(pools are off limits on Monday for cleaning)
*Note: the pool fees go directly to condo administration and not part of our fees.
The shared bathroom includes a hot shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and towels.
Since most guests don't travel with staff, this extra restroom is rarely used and always kept sparkling clean—perfect as a backup if you're in a rush!
Enjoy the cozy air-conditioned living room with our brand new top of the line smart TV and Netflix, Youtube, Prime and many more (guest own streaming account required), an inviting dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a new large double door refrigerator and everything you need to prepare your meals and dine in.
For added flexibility, there’s also a maids’ room with its own private restroom, shower, and small washer/dryer for light loads. For larger loads I suggest using the laundry shop below the condo just around the corner.
Ultra fast WiFi is available throughout the unit, and guests can take full advantage of the beautiful views and amenities right from their terraces.
For your comfort, we guarantee to provide freshly laundered linens and towels for every new stay.
Whether it’s cancelled flights or early flights, no worries our Vrbo is just a stone’s throw away from NAIA TERMINAL 3 very convenient for travellers. You can walk 5 minutes via “RUNWAY MANILA” or take a cab (also 5 minutes away). NAIA TERMINAL 1 & 2 are also quite close only 15 mins drive.
