Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 110 m², located on the 3rd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need and is the ideal base for exploring the city.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with sofas and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher.
The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (2 queen – 160x190 and 1 simple 90x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.
There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience.
The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub, and the second with a shower. The toilet is separated.
The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area, furnished with a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
