Cocoonr is offering this 30 m² flat for rent in Gresse-en-Vercors, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a 14 m² living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with bath). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 14 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: oven, hob…
- A separate toilet
On the mezzanine, you’ll find:
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine and iron.
Outside:
- An 8 m² south-west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Gresse-en-Vercors, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- Municipal swimming pool 2 minutes from the accommodation
- Hauts Plateaux du Vercors Nature Reserve
- Downhill skiing: around 26 runs (green, blue, red and black) served by several ski lifts. The ski area is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and beginner-friendly slopes
- Drac Himalayan Footbridge
