About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Ville-di-Pietrabugno, less than 100 metres from the beach, with views of the sea, the mountains and the harbour. It measures 87 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 7th and top floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 30 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area.
– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200).
– A bedroom with a double sofa bed featuring a genuine queen-size mattress (160 x 200).
– A bathroom with a bath and toilet.
– A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
– An 18 m² east-facing terrace with views of the sea and the mountains in the distance, equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Ville-di-Pietrabugno, in a very pleasant setting, just 5 minutes from Bastia town centre. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

– Enjoy the beaches and coves around Bastia and along the Cap Corse coast for swimming, snorkelling or simply relaxing.
