Villas at Regal Palms offers a beautiful place to vacation. The resort
features spectacular luxuries and amenities that you expect. The resort
has spacious floor plans, with elegantly appointed 3 and 4 bedroom
townhomes. Enjoy the gorgeous tropical pool pavilion with water slide
and lazy river. The resort also has clubhouse with an exciting game
room and casual bar & grill. Imagine Orlando's thrilling theme parks,
perennial warm weather and amazing entertainment options - you have to

All Villas at Regal Palms units are dual-story within an expansive
development. As such, some travel may be required between the front
desk, the pool, the villas, and other resort amenities.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and
electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay
duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly
to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking
price.
Additional parking may be available per night, for a fee, through the
front desk, on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot
be arranged for more than one night at a time.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as
local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your
travel or vacation experience.
All timeshare units are in the back of the property.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Close-date reservations made less than 3 days in advance are NOT
allowed at this resort and will not be honored at check-in.
The guest reserving this reservation must be the one checking in and
provide a valid ID and credit card at the time of check-in.
