Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom flat centrally located next to the River Cam, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. This spacious two bedroom flat has been designed to create a relaxing and elegant experience, with your own private balcony to enjoy warm summer evenings. Enjoy strolls along the River Cam into the city centre, along Jesus Green, or to nearby restaurants and bars. This is the perfect place for exploring, working or a weekend getaway here in Cambridge.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with Ensuite and built-in wardrobe.
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with a built-in wardrobe.
Main bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a 50 inch Smart TV, and all your favourite TV and Streaming channels available to watch. Own account required for streaming channels. There is also a dedicated working desk to work from home, and a super fast wifi connection. Enjoy the private balcony with seating for 4 persons to enjoy warm summer nights.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized with a breakfast bar, and it is fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is a dedicated parking spot for one car next to the apartment building, that is available and free for guests to use. Visitor parking spots are also available within the complex on a first come first serve basis.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Located along the River Cam and just off the Chesterton High street, it is a short 8 minute drive into the city centre. There are also good transport links around the corner into the city centre, to local attractions, the nearby Science Park, Cambridge North station, and the Addenbrookes hospital. Many local restaurants and pubs nearby are within walking distance along the River Cam or the nearby Chesterton High street. There is also a Tesco Superstore 10 minutes walk away just over the River Cam.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing with a professional co-host. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in the entrance hallway.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine pods, toilet rolls, and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care of it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
