About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, this charming, air-conditioned house situated on the magnificent Vendée Corniche, just 100 metres from the coast, with a swimming pool and Wi-Fi (fibre optic), covering an area of 175 m² and accommodating up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 46 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms spread over two floors, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 110 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 46 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom (with shower and bath)
- 2 separate toilets
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- One bathroom
- One separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a free electric vehicle charging point, a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a plancha, a tumble dryer, and an ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool (7.5 x 3 m), unheated, open from May to September
- A lovely 110 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in the heart of the stunning Vendée Coast. Just 100 meters from the house, you can walk to several small beaches and beautiful unspoiled coves in just a few minutes, as well as the footpaths running alongside the sea. You’ll also find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which is equipped with a charging point available free of charge for your electric vehicle.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 3 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes Airport, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes away
