3-bedroom apartment in peaceful Parchal with AC

The apartment is located in Parchal, which is at the border of Portimao and Ferragudo. You can see the mountains of Monchique from the studio. It's a 15 minutes walk to Ferragudo which is an old fishermen's village and known for its charming little streets. Portimao has all the city amenities you need with the famous Praia da Rocha about 40 minutes walk and 10 minutes on taxi. The immediate neighborhood of the apartment has no skyscrapers and mostly houses. The area is very green and a few minutes walk will take you to Pestana golf courses.

The apartment is in a two storey building with only four apartments. Our apartment is on the top floor. Note that there is no elevator in the building. There is enough free parking in the area and also dedicated parking space behind the building.

We have two working desks and two ergonomic chairs to work on (and an external monitor). We have a proper oven in our kitchen.You will also have access to a slow cooker, electric induction plates, blender and full kitchen. We like to cook at home as well.
Our apartment is on the 1st floor of the building (which is also the last floor). In the building there are 4 apartments in total. 2 on the ground floor and 2 on our floor. Our apartment also has a private terrace on the roof. There you will have a pergola, dining table and chairs and garden couches to hang out. You can also do bbq using charcoal there. There is a small storage next to our terrace as well. In the apartment there are 2 balconies as well.
The apartment has a living area of 106 sqm.
The apartment is heated and cooled by wall mounted air conditioner. There is one in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom we use as an office and does not have heating. If you would prefer, we can put an electric heater there. There is also an electric wood pellet burner in the leaving room which gives a very aesthetic element to the living area but we find it too loud for our taste. The air conditioners have always been more than enough.
There are 3 big supermarkets 20 minutes walk away - lidl, continente and aldi. All 3 next to each other. In Algarve I would recommend getting a car though. It makes day to day life much easier. And winter months there is much less traffic and peaceful roads.
