* STOREY LAKE PARKING
- Free on-site parking.
- Street parking is not permitted overnight and may be subject to towing. Guests should park only in designated areas or driveways.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles per unit. There overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.
- No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
- Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.
THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL AND SPA:
HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Request 48 hours in advance. (Upon request codes for the Lock will be shared)
3. Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4. Temperature will not exceed 95F.
5. Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.
6. Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
NO LIFEGUARD - USE OF THE POOL AT GUEST 'S OWN RISK. We take no responsibility for accidents or
injuries occurred during use of the pool. Children should not, under any circumstances, use the swimming pool without supervision adult constant. Use should be made with caution and responsibility. As required by the Florida legislation, all private pools have protection fence. It is the guest's responsibility to keep doors/windows locked, always around.
The external doors of the fenced pool area remain locked with padlock security - only the pool cleaning staff have external access, once a week, and never enter the house.
Animals of any kind are not allowed in the pool under any circumstances.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

HOUSEKEEPING
1. There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
2. • TRASH DISPOSAL
3. Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home. The trash has to be on a trash bag to be left on the plastic bench.
4. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
5. Please note that the USPS does not deliver to vacation homes as they do not recognize them as standard residential addresses; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.

* A temporary QR code will be shared, with that code you can access to the Clubs providing the name of the persons that belongs to your party and showing the QR code at the Club entrance.
Your QR code provides access to all resort amenities, including all community pools. It can also be used to open the resort entrance gates when required. Please keep your QR code accessible during your stay, as you may be asked to present it when entering resort facilities.

*To provide you with a temporary QR code for access to the Story Lake Resort amenities, please send us the email address of the primary guest and the license plate number of your vehicle before arrival. We will email your QR code prior to check-in. Once you receive the QR code, we recommend taking a screenshot so you can easily access it without needing to open the email each time.
