This is one of the most well appointed and thoughtfully planned VRBO rentals in which I’ve ever stayed ( and there are a lot!). The spaces are very well decorated and anything you might need is available. Pictures on the website are very accurate and the apartment was spotlessly clean.
Communication with the hosts was excellent, instructions for entry/ check in were great with pictures to help. There was an informative book with everything you might need to know about the apartment and area.
The location was slightly outside the main action of downtown or UT campus, but it was an easy drive to get to those places as well as other areas of town. It was also easy to get a Lyft driver. Neighborhood seemed generally safe.
We were a party of two couples and we’d all recommend this comfortable apartment!
