Just off this space, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a separate TV room, offering additional space to relax.
Upstairs, the elegant master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom offers two single beds, which can be configured as one large bed with advance notice, making the home ideal for both families and groups of friends. The third bedroom is a comfortable single room, served by a modern family shower room.
Finished to a high standard with soft, calming decor throughout, the house provides a relaxing retreat in one of London`s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

Stairs: As with many traditional London homes, the property is arranged over multiple floors with a staircase of 16 steps between levels and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
As this is a much loved owner occupied home, some personal belongings will be securely stored in locked cupboards and wardrobes during your stay. Rest assured, plenty of wardrobe and storage space will be available for your own clothing and belongings.
Children: Due to the layout and furnishings of the home, we are unable to accommodate children under 8 years old. We may consider non-crawling, non-walking infants on request.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at the property.
Please note that a refundable security deposit hold of £1500 will be charged at the time of booking to cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning, or breaches of the house rules. If no issues are identified, the deposit will be released within 7 days of check-out.
*Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am
*No house parties
*No smoking allowed
*No pets allowed
*Please remove your shoes inside the property
*Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand
*Please do not move furniture
*All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure
*Failing to return keys to the key box will result in an extra fee of £90
*Losing a set of keys will result in an *£150 charge to get them replaced. (*The penalty charge may be more if we need to get the locks changed.)
We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
