This elegant two-level villa offers the space and privacy of a whole house inside a peaceful gated resort. The ground floor features a stylish living room with corner sofa, smart TV and gold-accented shelving, an open kitchen with oven, hob and coffee corner, plus a dining area and a full bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Upstairs are three bright bedrooms — a master with a double bed and two twin rooms with two single beds each — along with a second bathroom and a balcony overlooking the resort's pine trees. Outside, your private garden and covered veranda with lounge seating and a hanging egg chair are perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings.

Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private garden, covered veranda and upstairs balcony — the whole property is exclusively yours during your stay. The villa sits inside the gated Perla Resort, with quiet green paths and a safe, family-friendly atmosphere. The resort swimming pool is available for an additional fee, payable on-site. Self check-in is quick and easy via a lockbox; you'll receive clear step-by-step instructions through Airbnb before arrival.
