With imaginative themed bedrooms, an action-packed game room and your own private pool and raised spa, this home makes the time spent together just as memorable as the Orlando adventures nearby.

Sunset Paradise gives larger groups the space to gather without feeling crowded. Share meals around the dining table, relax together in the comfortable living areas or prepare family favorites in the full kitchen. A washer and dryer make longer stays and busy park days easier.

The dedicated game room keeps the fun going with racing games, air hockey, arcade machines and basketball. Younger guests can choose from immersive storybook, colorful video-game, playful sidekick, Asian-inspired adventure and fantasy-dragon bedrooms. Comfortable adult bedrooms provide peaceful spaces to recharge at the end of the day.

The home is located in a welcoming vacation-home community in Kissimmee, providing a convenient base for Orlando’s major theme parks, attractions, shopping, dining and golf. Grocery stores, takeout options and everyday essentials are nearby.
Getting around
Cars are recommended. Uber and Lyft options are readily available. Public transit is not convenient in this area.

- The most important rule: Relax and enjoy yourselves. :)
- Place all trash and trash bags in trash containers out front near the garage.
- We know you`re on vacation, but we would appreciate that you place dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher before you check out.
- Please place used towels in washing machine and run washing machine before you check out. We`ll do the rest.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you`ll have insects, or lizards visiting you in your sleep. ;)
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- If renting or using a BBQ grill, please turn off the propane tank after using the grill, and please clean in and around the grill area.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.
- No commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, RV`s, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, or trailers are allowed in the community. This included Polaris SlingShot vehicles and ATV`s.
Pool rules and disclaimer:
- Owners and property management are not responsible for accidents or injury
- All persons using pool swim at their own risk
- No running or fowl play
- No diving
- No glass or food in or near the pool. Please use plastic
- No specific pool temperature is guaranteed
- Children should always be supervised
- Please do not touch pool filter, settings and equipment
- Pool is serviced once a week, please don`t be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking the pool.
COMMUNITY RULES:
Solara Resort employs a team of safety professionals to help maintain a positive vacation experience for all guests. The patrol monitors noise complaints, parties, improperly parked vehicles, and suspicious activity.
Parking Enforcement:
- Do not park on or block any driveways
- Do not park on the grass. Please note that beginning December 1, 2025, Solara Resort will require all guests to register for complimentary parkade parking.
- Repair costs for damaged sprinklers will be passed on to the guest.
- Avoid blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs and fire hydrants.
- No commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, RV`s, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, or trailers are allowed in the community.
- Polaris SlingShot vehicles are not permitted in this community. You will not be able to access the property in a Slingshot or similar style of three wheeled vehicle, ATV, etc.
WIFI/CABLE/INTERNET:
- We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since we have no control over this.
*If you are experiencing an issue, unplug the internet modem and router for one minute. Then, plug them back in.
- Please note: If there is a water or power outage in the area, it is not refundable, as this is beyond our control
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
- Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and food/shopping delivery services will deliver directly to the door.
- USPS packages will not be delivered, because there is no mailbox to receive standard mail.
