Nestled in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood adjacent to the Vail Golf & Nordic Center, this bright, open-plan retreat features a large furnished balcony with sweeping mountain vistas and a grill for alfresco dining and summer barbecues. Inside enjoy a cozy wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with streaming and cable, a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and a mini-bar, plus comfortable sleeping space with two guest suites (each with an en-suite bath) and a third bedroom.
Access to Fallridge amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, game room with foosball and Ping-Pong, secure underground parking, a conference room, custom storage cubbies. -4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms.
