Escape to our fully renovated 36 m² flat, combining the charm of wood with tasteful décor. Ideally situated in the Sybelles ski area (over 300 km of slopes), it offers ski-in/ski-out access and is just a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts. Local shops (Sherpa, bakery, tobacconist and newsagent) are just a 2-minute walk away.

The living area, enhanced by a magnificent stone wall, features a cosy lounge with a smart TV and a high-quality ‘Rapido’ sofa bed. It opens onto a modern kitchen with a dining island and a raclette, fondue and pierrade set. For après-ski, you can enjoy a sunny balcony for six people and the residence’s sauna area (subject to the season: please enquire).

For sleeping arrangements, the accommodation has two separate, wood-panelled bedrooms (one with a double bed 140×190 and two with bunk beds 90×190, each with reading lights). Duvets and pillows are provided (please bring your own bed linen). The modern bathroom features a bath with a rain shower, a stone washbasin and a washing machine.

Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind: covered parking, a ski locker opposite the entrance, as well as an electric boot dryer and a heated drying rack inside the accommodation. The perfect combination for a brilliant holiday!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Just outside the residence, within a radius of just 200 metres, you’ll find everything you need for day-to-day life. The neighbourhood brings your evenings to life with its Sherpa supermarket, artisan bakery, tobacconist’s and homeware and souvenir shop. For your leisure activities, ski hire shops and the ski school are just a stone’s throw away. Finally, when it comes to your evenings, you’ll be spoilt for choice with several restaurants and pizzerias – many of which also offer takeaway options – not to mention the resort’s cinema for a cultural break after a day’s skiing.

A private, covered parking space is reserved for your vehicle at the apartment. If you’re travelling by train, it’s very easy to get there from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne station thanks to the regular shuttle buses that drop you off directly in the village. Finally, once you’re there, a ski bus service makes it easy to get around the resort.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
