Escape the crowds and experience the quiet beauty of the Arizona Strip at LTK Ranch—a peaceful ranch retreat near Cane Beds, Arizona, and an ideal base camp for exploring the best of Southern Utah and Northern Arizona.

Located just ¾ mile down a rural dirt road, LTK Ranch offers a peaceful ranch setting filled with rustic charm, character, and a relaxed atmosphere. The road is easily accessible by standard passenger vehicles year-round, though it may occasionally become a little bumpy or develop washboard sections due to weather and regular local traffic—just part of the authentic rural ranch experience.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable lounge area perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, along with our vintage coin-operated billiards table, set to play free for our guests and always a favorite. The dining table easily converts into a game table or bumper pool, and we provide poker chips, board games, and card games for evenings spent relaxing together.

The kitchen is small but well-equipped with the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. Its eclectic mix of cabinets, chairs, and bar stools adds to the home's unique personality and laid-back ranch charm.

Throughout the home you'll find antiques, western memorabilia, replica vintage pin-up artwork, deer antlers, and other unique touches that create its distinctive rustic "man-cave" character. Please review the photos carefully before booking to ensure our style is the right fit for your stay.

The two bedrooms are small but comfortable, each offering a closet and hanging space for your belongings—perfect for resting after a day of exploring the area's incredible scenery.

Step outside into your private fenced backyard and enjoy the peaceful patio with comfortable seating and a propane fire table. On cooler evenings, guests are also welcome to gather around the traditional outdoor fire pit (weather permitting), where firewood is provided for stays of one week or less. It's the perfect place to relax beneath some of the darkest night skies in the country.

An exterior laundry room is attached to the home and is available exclusively for guest use throughout your stay.

LTK Ranch is located near many of the Southwest's most spectacular destinations, including Water Canyon (a guest favorite), Bryce Canyon National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon (seasonal), Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Moqui Caves, Kanab, and countless scenic backroads waiting to be explored. While Zion National Park is within driving distance, many of our guests especially enjoy discovering the area's less-crowded hidden gems.

For groceries, fuel, restaurants, and coffee, Colorado City is just a short drive away and offers several local favorites.

We love welcoming guests traveling with their pets! Supervised pets are welcome (pet fee applies), because we know adventures are even better when the whole family can come along.

Traveling with Horses or ATVs?

Guests bringing horses, ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes are always welcome. We offer plenty of open parking for trucks, trailers, horse rigs, and recreational vehicles, making arrival and departure easy.

If you're traveling with horses, we have two 10' × 20' horse stalls available for guest use. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing horses and how many to expect. Guests are responsible for providing feed, caring for their horses, and cleaning the stalls during their stay. A dumpster is conveniently located nearby for manure and stall cleanup.

Guests with horses are also welcome to use our 120' × 200' riding arena for warming up or exercising their horses.

The surrounding Arizona Strip is known for its miles of scenic dirt roads, wide-open spaces, and beautiful desert landscapes, making it a wonderful destination for horseback riding and off-road adventures alike.

As a rural ranch, you may see our horses, dogs, and cats during your stay, and coyotes can occasionally be heard in the distance during the evenings or early mornings—a reminder that you're experiencing the peaceful beauty of country life.

Whether you're here to hike, sightsee, stargaze, ride, explore, or simply relax and unplug, we hope LTK Ranch feels like your home away from home.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the guest house, including the private fenced backyard, patio, outdoor fire pit, and exterior laundry room. Designated parking is available directly in front of the guest house, with additional parking on the north side of the property if needed.

We live next door on the ranch and are happy to help if you need anything during your stay, but we also respect your privacy and will give you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your visit.

Other things to note
The home is located approximately ¾ mile down a dirt road. Trailers, ATVs, and horse rigs are welcome.

This is a rustic, man-cave–style home with eclectic décor. Please review photos carefully to ensure the space is a good fit.

The home is not child-proofed and does not include infant or child-specific amenities.

Bedrooms and bathroom are small but comfortable, designed for function and relaxation.

LTK Ranch is part of an active rural ranch, so you may see our horses, dogs, and cats during your stay. You'll also experience the peaceful sounds of country life, including birds, neighboring livestock, and the occasional coyote howling in the distance.

The private fenced backyard features comfortable outdoor seating, a propane fire table, a barbecue grill, and a traditional wood-burning fire pit. Firewood is provided for stays of one week or less (weather permitting). Please note that fire pit use is subject to local weather conditions and fire restrictions.

Guests traveling with horses are welcome! Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring horses so we can have the stalls ready for your arrival. Guests are responsible for providing feed, caring for their horses, and cleaning the stalls during their stay. A nearby dumpster is available for stall cleanup.

A private exterior laundry room is attached to the guest house and is available exclusively for guest use throughout your stay.

Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the guest house, making it easy to stream, browse, stay in touch, or work remotely if needed. While cellular service can vary by carrier in some parts of the area, most guests find they have good reception at the ranch, and our Wi-Fi provides a fast, dependable connection throughout their stay.

Because we live next door on the ranch, we're close by if you need anything—but we'll also happily give you the privacy and space to relax and enjoy your getaway.
