This is a private 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement apartment located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The private entrance is at the back of the home and is reached by walking down a sloped pathway, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The kitchen is compact and best suited for preparing simple meals rather than extensive cooking.
Please note:
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
No smoking or vaping inside.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Please do not move the furniture.
Turn off lights, appliances, and electronics when leaving.
Wash used dishes before checkout.
Place trash in the outdoor bin.
Do not block the mailbox.
Park on the right side of the garage.
Lock all doors when leaving and at checkout.
Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and surrounding property.

Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement apartment. The apartment has its own separate entrance located at the back of the home for added privacy and convenience.
This is a self check-in property with a keyless lock. Guests will receive a unique access code before arrival for easy and convenient entry.
Guests may also enjoy the private outdoor seating area, including seating for 4, lounge chairs, and a hammock. Parking is available on the right side of the garage. Please do not block the mailbox or driveway access.
