This 50 m² ground floor apartment in Tatlısu, Northern Cyprus, welcomes up to 3 guests and features a private terrace and separate entrance. It offers 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The private, well-equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and stove. Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi, TV, and self check-in are provided. The open living area with high ceilings and large sliding doors leads to your covered terrace with garden furniture.



Enjoy sea and mountain views from your private terrace. The resort features several communal gardens and an outdoor shower. Relax on the beach with loungers, a beach club, and a restaurant, or at the 4 large outdoor pools with loungers and umbrellas, as well as a heated indoor pool. The spa and wellness area offers a gym, sauna, steam bath, hammam, and massages – available for an extra fee.



The region is known for turquoise waters, beautiful beaches, and stunning mountain scenery. Many restaurants are in the village and along the coast. Alagadi Beach, Kaplica Beach, Kantara Castle, and the PGA 18-hole Korineum Golf Course are within easy reach. Airport transfers can be arranged on request.



Parking is available on site (1 communal space) and on the street. One pet is allowed, children are welcome, and smoking is permitted outdoors only. Events are not allowed.



A rental car is recommended for flexible exploration. We can assist with transfers from Larnaca, Paphos, or Ercan airports and help with car hire if needed.
