The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double-sized bed. There is one modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the apartment is set on the lower ground floor.

Holland Park is one of West London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, known for its leafy streets, elegant architecture and relaxed village-like feel. The apartment is well placed for Holland Park itself, where guests can enjoy peaceful gardens, woodland walks and the beautiful Kyoto Garden. Kensington High Street is also close by, offering shops, cafés, restaurants and classic London charm, while Kensington Olympia is ideal for guests attending events and exhibitions at Olympia London.

There is plenty to enjoy nearby, from relaxed brunch spots and neighbourhood pubs to well-known restaurants across Kensington, Notting Hill and Shepherd’s Bush. Local favourites include The Belvedere in Holland Park, The Ivy Kensington Brasserie and Dishoom Kensington, while The Mitre and The Churchill Arms offer classic West London pub settings. Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield London are also within easy reach, with a wide choice of shops, restaurants, entertainment and casual dining options, including Chet’s and The Bull at Westfield.

Transport links are excellent. Shepherd’s Bush is one of the most useful nearby stations, offering Central line connections to Notting Hill Gate, Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Liverpool Street and Stratford, as well as nearby London Overground services from Shepherd’s Bush station. Kensington Olympia is also close, with London Overground Mildmay line services, Southern rail services and limited District line services, mainly between Earl’s Court and Kensington Olympia at weekends. Holland Park station is another nearby Central line option, while High Street Kensington provides Circle and District line access towards South Kensington, Victoria, Paddington and wider Central London.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
