The **fully equipped kitchen** includes a large island with **breakfast bar seating**, making it easy to gather for meals, coffee, or conversation. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious **dining area within the main living space** that comfortably seats **8 guests**. After a day on the water, choose from **two separate living areas**, giving everyone room to spread out, relax, watch TV, play games, or simply enjoy a quiet evening.
Step outside to the **gated waterfront patio**, where you'll find comfortable seating for **10 or more guests**, including outdoor couches, tables, and chairs—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon happy hour, or evenings under the Arizona sky. Fire up the **propane grill** for dinner, gather around the **portable fire pit**, or head down the stairs to your **large private boat dock**, offering plenty of space to enjoy the waterfront and easy access to the river.
