The breakfast room could use a little tidying up, but overall, this hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, close to both the main train station and shopping areas, For a peaceful stay, I recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard, The beds are quite comfortable and the amenities are clean and practical, even if they aren't brand new, The hotel is situated within a large office complex and is easily accessible via an elevator, The breakfast offered is enjoyable, and the views from the dining area are quite stunning,

While it's not a complaint, we did notice that our room had hardwood floors, whereas others seemed to have carpeting, It made me wonder if we were in a more standard room compared to the others, We arrived in the morning, and although check-in wasn't until 3 pm, we tried to see if we could get in a bit earlier since we had a toddler with us, We arrived around 1:30 pm and asked if it was possible, but the staff was quite firm in sticking to the check-in time, I understand the need for policies, but a little more warmth in their response would have been appreciated given our situation, On a positive note, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and close to the train station, The breakfast team was also very courteous and eager to assist,
