History of the House

The ancestral home has been in the same family for five generations. It was a gathering place for the notable figures of the time and also served as a renowned notary's office.

Among those who lived here were:

Me Léon Roy (1824-1886), notary and founding member of the Chamber of Notaries.

Me Joseph-Edmond Roy (1858-1913), editor-in-chief, notary, politician, historian.

Pierre-Georges Roy (1870-1953), first archivist of the Province of Quebec, writer, historian, decorated with the Legion of Honour.

The Charming Studio was the family's former small dairy.

The Urban Studio was originally a kitchen during a renovation at the end of the 19th century. It was also here that the first bath with running water was installed.

The Notaries' Apartment was originally the notary's office and also housed the property's first kitchen.

This Condo is not specifically suitable for children under 12 years old.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment and all available amenities.

Self check-in is provided through a smart lock, allowing for maximum flexibility.
