The suite is located in the Prestigious Chappelle Garden Community and it offers.

Exterior security camera is located at the front of the garage outside and at the door bell/ the exterior entrance of the suite, to secure the door outside for your safety.
The unit is located at the walkout basement behind the house, please expect to climb some stairs leading to the basement.
You are renting the two units behind, please check arrival guide for pictures on checkin instructions. The Private units are well labeled for easy identification.
You can get around by car, bus or bike.

Our Aim: We aim to give you peace, comfort, safety and a home away from your home.
Pets: We will occasionally allow pets, and must be pre-approved. House-trained dogs only. Pet fee of $100 per stay. Max of 1 dog. Cannot be left alone inside the property unless crated. Must not be barkers. Owners must clean up dog waste and messes. Excessive messiness and/or damages caused by dogs will incur additional cleaning fees, starting at $500.

Please read house rules, to see of it's a good fit and kindly abide by them.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
-ID Required: You are required to upload a photo of your Govt issued photo Identity cards after booking is confirmed (e.g drivers license or passport), we conduct more verification to foster trust, as we don't take a damage deposit before booking. We want to know you. ☺
-ID Verification Exception: Those who stayed with us before, and we missed giving a review, you are welcome to stay. Please when sending a request, advise us that you are a returning guest from another listing.
Check Out:
Please unauthorized late checkout attracts a $50 fee per hour, as we pay our cleaners per hour, if cleaning get delayed and it inconveniences the next guest, we would have no option but to pass on the cost to you.
