The walkout basement suite is new, close to YEG airport & near basic amenities. The home is equipped with new appliances and basic necessities to make you feel at home.
Self check in, self controlled thermostat to regulate temperature.
Suite is clean, & ready for you. Neighborhood is also peaceful. Wifi, 2 Smart TVs, Netflix, Disney, & Amazon prime available

Entire suite is accessible, and private with no one sharing the suite with you.
There are two units in the walkout basement completely private to each guest. Please let us know if you are disturbed by the other unit's guest or if our rules are broken as we maintain a no noise policy and quiet hours need to be strictly followed.
There is a washing machine and Dryer close to the entrance of your suite, you have access to this. This is a shared Laundry with just one guest in the other unit.
The suite is located in the Prestigious Chappelle Garden Community and it offers.

*2 Smart Tvs (in the living room and the bedroom), Netflix, Disney, Amazon prime etc.
*Free Laundry.
*Fresh/cozy private room and bathroom.

Exterior security camera is located at the front of the garage outside and at the door bell/ the exterior entrance of the suite, to secure the door outside for your safety.
The unit is located at the walkout basement behind the house, please expect to climb some stairs leading to the basement.
There are two units behind, please check arrival guide for pictures on checkin instructions. The Private units are well labeled for easy identification.
You can get around by car, bus or bike. There is a bus stop nearby.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Govt Issued ID required. Please send us your Govt issued Identity cards after booking is confirmed (e.g drivers license), we conduct more verification to foster trust, as we don't take a damage deposit before booking. We want to know you. 😊
-ID Verification Exception: Those who stayed with us before, and we missed giving a review, you are welcome to stay. Please when sending a request, advise us that you are a returning guest from another listing.
Unauthorized Guest: No unauthorized guests allowed. Fine is $50 per person, per day charge.
Disturbing Neighbors: Please be advised that we would have no option but to terminate your stay if you disturb neighbors or the neighborhood (the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, we want to keep it that way).

Please unauthorized late checkout attracts a $30 fee per hour, as we pay our cleaners per hour, if cleaning get delayed and it inconveniences the next guest, we would have no option but to pass on the cost to you.
