About this house rental
This is humble, clean, 'country living house' with moutain and field views. Sleeps 5. The house is located 1.2 miles from Midway town center (easy bike ride or walk). The house has a large yard (front, side, and back) and two large decks facing east & west with Grill and outdoor seating.
Summary: I find this location is great. It is an easy, quiet, peacful place to live. Great views.
Midway Town center has: the ice rink, theater hall, city hall, grocery store, restaurants, post office, local restaurants, etc. The location is also 1 mile from Soldier Hollow x-ski venue and mtn bike trails.
Cycling from the house is oustanding (road and mountain bike)
The Provo River and 2 reservoirs are within 5 to 15 min drive.
There are 4 golf courses within 10 minutes.
10 Pickleball courts within 5 min.
The Guest Rental is the whole of the main floor of the house with dedicated entries, parking, and outdoor yards. All spaces shown are dedicated and contained in the unit. Yard and decks are dedicated space. (There is a seperate downstairs single apartment rental with a dedicated walkout entry and its own parking).
