Ortigia is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) where traffic is limited. We recommend walking after parking, as all points of interest are within a few minutes’ walk. The Syracuse bus and train stations are accessible on foot, by taxi, or via the convenient SAIS city buses. The suite is located in the historic center of Ortigia, a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). We recommend parking and then walking to the property.
A bright apartment of approximately 55 square meters, completely renovated in early 2026. The suite takes its name from the amber color of the ceilings, which give it a unique and elegant character. The rooms are very bright thanks to the large French doors leading to private balconies, one of which is furnished with a small table and two outdoor chairs for enjoying moments of relaxation al fresco. The spacious living area features a large kitchen with a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine for exclusive use, coffee maker, and kettle. Everything is designed to ensure maximum comfort in your home away from home. The open-concept living area features a large glass-top table with seating for six, a double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. A spacious bathroom serves the entire apartment and is equipped with a large shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The master bedroom features a large French door opening onto a balcony with a railing, through which natural light streams in. The antique, restored shutters allow you to block out the light and sleep undisturbed. The bed is king-size and equipped with a thick, high-quality mattress. A large closet completes the bedroom. The Amber Suite is one of three units that make up the San Giuseppe 9 complex, along with a shared entryway featuring a comfortable sofa, a desk, and a guest bathroom with an additional laundry area available to all guests. The units can be rented individually or together to take advantage of more space, accommodating a total of 10 guests.
