About this apartment rental
have successfully created a modern connection between this north-south axis.
You enter the apartment on the lower level—the sleeping area. The hallway alone, with its coat closet and generous width, will convince you that you and your family won’t feel cramped here.
All three bedrooms are furnished with 2x2-meter double beds. Built-in closets, designed and crafted by a carpenter, offer ample space for your entire wardrobe. The wood of the closets is harmoniously echoed at the headboards of the beds without feeling overwhelming.
Great importance was placed on the high-quality 21-centimeter-high Schlarafia mattresses, which offer you a restful and healthy night’s sleep.
In addition, sachets filled with Swiss stone pine not only promote relaxing breathing while you sleep, but also diffuse a pleasant, subtle scent throughout the room.
Each of the three bedrooms has something special to offer: The first has an adjoining master bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate room with a (Miele) washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a children’s crib, and the third has a large balcony where you can read without disturbing your silent partner.
Right next to the entrance is the large family bathroom, which has two sinks, a large shower, and a bench. The color scheme here, like in the master bathroom, is gray and white, with orange-red towels and a window privacy screen adding a pop of color to the room.
Each bathroom has a mirror with indirect lighting above the sink, making your daily grooming routine a pleasure.
There are two hair dryers in the family bathroom and one in the master bathroom.
Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet that can be closed off with a solid sliding door.
Not quite in the center of the lower level, a large wooden staircase—which appears to float—leads to the upper level—the living area.
In the upper living, kitchen, and dining area, you’ll find bright, almost white colors combined with upholstery, rugs, and blankets in shades of blue, teal, and green. The color scheme is punctuated by the modern orange wingback chair in front of the rooftop terrace, which catches the morning sun as it streams in.
An L-shaped white leather sofa invites you and your family to enjoy a cozy evening watching TV or a sports broadcast on the large flat-screen TV.
Would you rather read a book or flip through a magazine without having to be separated from your family? The smaller sofa, which is cozily tucked away next to the stairs, is perfect for that.
The three areas are visually separated by a distilled-water-powered fireplace built into a wraparound shelf. The wonderful thing about this technology is that the fireplace doesn’t get hot,
so it not only protects your children from burns but still simulates a cozy fire that makes cooler evenings especially comfortable.
On the terrace, below the High Castle, a dark wooden table—which can be extended to seat ten people—awaits you, along with six matching chairs upholstered in the same color scheme as the apartment.
A large, natural-colored umbrella also provides protection from the intense midday heat.
Want a few minutes to yourself? The smaller balcony on the west side, with its dainty Mediterranean-style seating and a view of the Tannheim Mountains, is the perfect spot for that at any time. Take a cappuccino or a glass of red wine out there and let your thoughts wander.
