Electricity: Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual usage at $0.40 per kWh. The electric meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Guests can easily control their usage by turning off air conditioning when rooms are not occupied.
Getting Around: We recommend renting a vehicle to fully enjoy Roatán and explore the surrounding area. We are happy to assist with car rentals, private drivers, airport transportation and other transportation needs.
Seas the Day is located on a private key and is accessible by water only. Complimentary boat transportation is provided for your arrival and departure.
If you have a rental vehicle, secure parking is available at Salty Dawg in Oakridge for approximately $4 per day. From there, local water taxis can provide transportation to and from the property.
We are happy to provide trusted local water taxi contacts and assist with coordinating transportation during your stay. Any additional water taxi trips beyond the included arrival and departure transfers are at the guest's expense.
Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional power or internet interruptions can occur. You may also encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife during your stay. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of life in the tropics.
