The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Full over Queen bunk bed and a twin Futon bed and 55` TV and can sleep 5 comfortably. You can also use the queen sofa bed in the family room for extra sleeping capacity.
Time to make some memories!
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south or north side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
● Pets are not allowed.
