Whether you're hitting Northstar, relaxing on the sands of King's Beach, boating on the lake, or hiking endless alpine trails...everything you need for an unforgettable getaway is right outside your door.

You would have to provide your own lock and we will submit a form on your behalf.
Short-term Boat Storage:
Boat and boat trailer parking (in a special parking lot) is available with a boat registration form we would submit on your behalf.
Outdoor Fun:
Minutes away from world-class hiking, mountain biking, and water sports. 9 hold golf course across the street!
After a day of adventure, unwind in total peace and quiet with all the comforts of home.

This is a multi-level home; guests will need to climb stairs.

Like most classic Tahoe homes, this one has no central A/C. However, we keep you cool during peak summer months with a portable air conditioner and plenty of portable fans.
Placer County & HOA Guidelines:
To ensure a smooth stay for you and our neighbors, please review the local regulations.
Occupancy Limits: Maximum 8 adults overnight
Parking: Designated Parking Area for up to 4 vehicles.
Good Neighbor Rules: No smoking, vaping, or open flames permitted anywhere inside or outside the property (HOA enforced). Our community is officially recognized as a Firewise USA community in good standing with the North Tahoe Fire Protection District. The Kingswood Village HOA actively maintains a 100-foot defensible space buffer and enforces strict fire safety regulations.
Pets: Strictly no pets allowed due to HOA rules.
** Service and support dogs allowed upon prior communication with Monika **
Wildlife is common in the area. You may see bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other wildlife around the property. There are bear bins for your convenient trash disposal.
