"The Seagull" is a vacation rental for two with its own terrace. The 25-square-meter space includes a living area, kitchen, and private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dishwasher takes care of the dishes for you. And when you open the patio door in the evening, you can sit outside without running into anyone. The patio belongs exclusively to your apartment.
Your dog is welcome; your parking spot is right next to the house.

Welcome to the Parchtitz Apartment Building, your home in the heart of Rügen. Renovated in 2026, the house at Am Ruhwaß 5c features three vacation apartments spread over two floors.
The apartments measure 25, 35, and 60 square meters. Each has its own bathroom and kitchen with a dishwasher, and each has its own outdoor space: a terrace, a small garden behind the house, or a balcony on the upper floor. Through the shared entrance, you’ll enter a hallway leading to the doors of the three apartments.
Your dog is very welcome here. And your car can be parked in its own designated spot right next to the building, instead of on the side of the road.
A note from us: Wi-Fi is currently being installed and is expected to be available starting in the fall of 2026.
