The bedroom features a generous double bed with wardrobe and electric blackout blinds for a restful night's sleep. The bright bathroom with walk-in shower, illuminated mirror and hairdryer is both practical and inviting. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven and ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge with freezer. In the living room, a large L-shaped sofa invites you to unwind while a modern Smart TV provides entertainment. A dining area with four seats and a separate utility room with washing machine and drying rack round off the apartment perfectly. Underfloor heating runs throughout the entire apartment. A reserved parking space (GEW 2) is located directly behind the house, and bicycle storage is available in the on-site shed.

The key safe is located to the left of the front door. Lift the silver cap, enter the PIN code, turn left and pull out the key box — inside you will find the keys for the front door and the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor, white door at the top of the stairs.
