Ground floor of 135 m², fully enclosed 500 m² garden—perfect for your dogs (no cats allowed).
The ground floor features two living rooms. One cozy lounge area has a chaise sofa and a 140 cm BZ sofa bed with a Bultex mattress. Enjoy TV with streaming box and Chromecast, Hi-Fi system, and multimedia options. There’s also a desk, foosball table, and a small library.
The second living room has a fireplace and an open mezzanine bedroom above with a 160 cm bed.
Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and all essentials.

Just 40 minutes from Lyon via the A89, 15 minutes from Roanne, and 20 minutes from Lac des Sapins, where you can enjoy activities like the natural swimming pool, canoeing, pedal boats, treetop adventure park, mountain biking, and horse riding.
