Welcome to Vila Kaitchi, a haven of peace in Ilha do Guajiru. Enjoy a villa with private pool, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom, equipped kitchen (hob, small oven etc.) Wi-Fi. Just a 60-metre walk from the lagoon, discover one of the best kitesurfing and wingfoiling spots in the world, between unspoilt nature, tropical atmosphere, restaurants, relaxation and exceptional sunsets. As soon as you arrive, you will discover a large living space bathed in light, opening onto the terrace and the pool thanks to large bay windows.
The equipped kitchen (hob, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, toaster and blender) will allow you to prepare your meals in comfort. Outside, everything is there to enjoy the surroundings to the fullest: a shaded terrace, sunbeds, a tropical garden and a private pool invite you to slow down and savour every moment.
The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom so that everyone can enjoy their space in peace.
Every detail has been thought out to make you feel at home... with the lagoon in addition.
Our villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 travelers in great comfort.

The warm and shallow body of water is suitable for both beginners and experienced riders.
Nearby, you will find kite schools, restaurants, cafes, small shops and all the friendly atmosphere that makes the charm of Ilha do Guajiru.
We remain available throughout your stay. You can contact us at any time.
Daily cleaning is included so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
We also offer breakfast preparation assistance at a rate of 100RS per day. Shopping is the responsibility of the guests and must be done by you before the service begins.
Payment for this service is made directly to Sheila, who takes care of the preparation of breakfast.
