You can enjoy your private 1400 sqm property featuring a garden, covered terrace behind the house facing the forest, balcony with lake view, and grill with outdoor fireplace. The standalone house sits directly by the forest in a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal car traffic, creating an ideal setting for relaxation.



2 shared parking spaces with carport are available at the property. Pets are not permitted, and events are not allowed. Due to the separate bedroom unit accessible only by external stairs, this accommodation is not suitable for guests with very small children.
