This is a nostalgic 90s doublewide with neighborhood lake access just a short walk down the road. Located in Denver, NC in a private neighborhood. No thru-traffic- perfect if you’re looking for a quiet escape! Close enough to Charlotte, Mooresville and Huntersville, if you want to get out and explore!
This one-story manufactured home has:
-3 private bedrooms
-Office space
-2 full bathrooms
-Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
-Ceiling fans in living room and primary bedroom
-Central heat and air conditioning
-45-50” SmartTVs in most rooms
-Coffee bar provided with all the essentials
-Pack-n-play and high chair available
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
-Large, well-lit carport
-Outdoor security cameras
-Spacious front and back yards
-Fire pit
-Picnic Table
-Kayaks
Kayak carts provided; boat ramp is down a narrow, asphalt path- we strongly recommend appropriate footwear!
Please note: The neighborhood boat ramp is very narrow; we recommend only experienced guests with smaller watercraft/jet ski trailers. There is no dock at this site; however we are located less than 10minutes from 3+ different lake access points with public launches (for boats, jet skis, etc).
IMPORTANT:
Absolutely no parties or events.
$2,500 fine for any events held at the property in excess of the number of guests booked. Hosting an event/party will result in immediate cancellation of your booking, without refund.
No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors.
An ashtray is provided on the back deck for your convenience. Any smoking/vaping odors indoors or cigarette butts found discarded on the property will result in additional cleaning fee up to $250.
No pets allowed.
Guests will be charged for any undisclosed pets during their stay.
