You will enjoy exclusive use of the upper floor of the chalet, offering 155 m² of private living space, together with a private garden and parking area.
The chalet enjoys excellent sun exposure and beautiful mountain views. Its spacious layout makes it ideal for holidays with family or friends.

The chalet offers 4 bedrooms as well as a large mezzanine with books and board games.
Sleeping arrangements:
- 1 bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm double bed
- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), which can be joined together to form a 180 x 190 cm double bed
- 1 dormitory bedroom with 4 single beds (90 x 190 cm)
All bedrooms include storage space.
Bed linen is provided for all occupied beds.
The chalet also features two shower rooms.

The free ski shuttle stop is located only 50 metres from the chalet.
The shuttle reaches Vars Sainte-Marie in around 10 minutes and Vars Les Claux in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. It runs every 30 minutes.
If you prefer to drive, several free public car parks are available in Vars Les Claux.
