Dogs are welcome with the following restrictions:

* **Maximum weight:** 40 lbs.
* **Pet fee:** $100 non-refundable pet fee.
* **Number of dogs:** One dog is permitted; **two dogs may be allowed with prior approval.**
* **Beach:** Dogs are **not permitted on Okaloosa County beaches.** Violations may be subject to fines of **up to $500.**
* **Common areas:** Dogs are not permitted to use the condominium's common areas for walking or pet relief. Dogs must be
taken **off the property** for bathroom breaks, and owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
* **Leash requirement:** Dogs must be leashed at all times while being taken to and from the unit.
* **Elevators:** Dogs may only ride in the elevator **while being held.**

Please consider these restrictions carefully before bringing your dog, as they are condominium and/or county rules and must be followed throughout your stay.

Beach Service: Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available directly through the beach vendor for an additional fee.
