Only a few steps away from the Golf, the Port of Ponant and the nearby shops, it offers an ideal setting to fully enjoy your holiday.The apartment consists of a bright and air-conditioned living room, open to a fully equipped kitchen, offering a friendly and functional living area. You will find a Nespresso coffee maker, an electric citrus press, a toaster, hot plates with hood, a large refrigerator with freezer and everything you need to prepare your meals. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace of about 13 m2, ideal to share your meals or simply enjoy the view of the Ponant and the swimming pool.The night space consists of two bedrooms, each with storage cupboards. The first bed is equipped with a double bed in 140 cm, while the second has a bunk bed composed of two beds in 90 cm, ideal for children or friends.The apartment also has a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.Parking is easy thanks to the many free parking spaces located close to the residence, allowing you to park easily throughout your stay.A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).The pool is located on the Ponant side (subject to sanitary conditions allowing the pool to open.
