Condo Association/Owner Rental Policies

-Single-family residence with a maximum four-person occupancy.
-Government ID matching the booking name.
-30-night minimum rental + $150 non-refundable condo association application fee.
-Additional 5% Martin County Tourist Development Tax paid separately upon booking.
-$4,000 refundable security deposit due before check-in.
-No pets; no smoking/vaping in any part of the condo (including the enclosed balcony).
-Maximum 4 people total, including children and infants, unless the association says otherwise.
-Named occupants only. Everyone sleeping there must be listed before arrival.
-No events, parties, weddings, photo shoots, or commercial use.
-Minimum renter age 30.
-One assigned parking space, plus limited guest parking.
-No subletting of booking.
-Electric utility included up to $150 per month; excess billed.
-Travel insurance is recommended in the event of a weather disruption.
-The building has a single elevator. Service interruptions are uncommon, but they do happen. If the elevator is out, guests must use the stairs. We cannot control building elevator repairs and do not offer a refund, relocation, or discount if the elevator is temporarily unavailable. If anyone in your party cannot use the stairs, this property will not be a good fit.
