About this villa rental
Modern style house with the original characteristic of the straight-line architecture from the 1960s.
The residence is 100 metres from the beach and is in the second row of houses facing the sea, in a privileged location in Parque da Praia, a very calm, residential and private area in the centre of Luz. About 75 metres from the beach, where you can walk and enjoy the beautiful surrounding landscape.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) and a service bathroom, with a spacious living area and a dining area.
There is a long corridor that provides privacy to the bedroom area.
All rooms are spacious and with plenty of natural light.
The kitchen has a modern design, is fully equipped and has a separate breakfast room. All furniture and equipment are new and contemporary.
It has a large garden with plenty of vegetation that provides comfort and tranquillity, with a pleasant area around the swimming pool, garden sofas and 3 tables, one wooden and two marble, in different areas of the garden, which allows different experiences depending on whether you want to be closer to the residential area or move away a bit to a more isolated and green area or have a barbecue. There are several fruit trees, pear trees, lemon trees, grapevines, orange trees.
The heated saltwater swimming pool is 10 feet long, with a pleasant relaxation area around it. It is an extremely pleasant and special house.
Minimum stay of 5 nights. Cancellation policy: no refund.

Villa is very spacious both inside and out. Inside plenty of seating and tables, good sized bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen.
Outside a lovely pool and surrounding area. Large garden and bbq facility.
Villa has a brilliant location. Was quiet and peaceful for us.
2 minute walk to the beach and first cafe/bar. Everything in the resort is within a 10-15 minute walk. Lots of nice restaurants.
Well looked after by Rita and local team.
We stayed 2 weeks and sad to leave.

Our three families hugely enjoyed our stay - The villa was immaculate and the pool area is amazing. It is also close to the best bars and restaurants.

We had a great time staying at this villa. We were 2 families with 3 young children and the villa was extremely well laid out and spacious enough for us not to feel like we were on top of each other.
The pool area was great for the kids with enough outside space for them to explore and play in.
The best thing for us about this villa though was the location. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and promenade which has numerous family friendly bars and restaurants. The beach is lovely for young kids - soft sand and shallow water to paddle in. Made it really easy with small children to go for some drinks and food early evening and be able to walk back.
Would highly recommend this villa if you are travelling with a young family.
