Welcome to the Harz Mountains!
Look forward to a relaxing vacation in our lovingly furnished “Anke” vacation rental—approximately 95 m² in size, stylishly furnished, and perfect for couples, families, or friends.
Here’s what you can expect:
• Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds
• Two modern bathrooms—one larger and one smaller (shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer)
• Infrared sauna for your personal wellness time
• Open living area with plenty of space to relax
• Balcony with a view of the greenery
• Garage or parking space right next to the house—free of charge, of course
For families:
Upon request, we’re happy to provide a high chair and two travel cribs with changing pads free of charge—please let us know in advance.
Pets are welcome here—by prior arrangement. We charge €10 per day per pet, plus a flat fee of €28 to cover the additional cleaning costs.

For adventure seekers, there’s a high ropes course, cross-country ski trails, mini-golf, and the “Urwald Vision” mini-national park. In winter, the illuminated toboggan hill, the Sonnenberg Ski and Biathlon Center, as well as therapeutic climate trails and the mud-water foot bath invite you to relax. A bus station is just a few meters away; locally, you’ll find a police station, doctors’ offices, a pharmacy, a church, a bakery, a Nahkauf supermarket, and much more—everything for your convenience. In our “Harz-Eleganz” building, seven exclusive vacation apartments await you, ideal for families and couples. Choose between 2-, 3-, or 4-room apartments, accommodating 2 to 6 people. The apartments (approx. 77, 95, or 104 square meters) are modernly furnished, featuring high-quality built-in kitchens, flat-screen TVs, and balconies where you can enjoy the sunset. A highlight is the on-site passenger lift, which makes it easy to access your apartment. All apartments feature an infrared sauna with aromatherapy, side wall heaters, a radio, and a starry sky—perfect for relaxing after an active day. Each apartment has a private garage for your car, motorcycle, bicycle, stroller, or winter sports equipment. Alternatively, you can park right outside the door. For our youngest guests, we provide a travel crib, high chair, baby monitor, and bottle warmer upon request, so you can enjoy your vacation worry-free. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to “Harz-Eleganz” and ensuring you have a wonderful stay in the Harz Mountains!
On-site fees: Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available at any time starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 9:00 a.m. Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys are provided on-site via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A baby bed (travel crib) and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.Pets are allowed in Apartments 1, 2, and 4 for a fee of €10 per pet per night; pets are not allowed in Apartments 5–8.The tourist tax of €3.05 per adult per night or €1.70 per child must be paid in advance via bank transfer. Additional fees: For use of the wallbox, we charge 0.50 cents per kWh based on meter readings and upon the guest’s departure. An additional cleaning fee of €28.00 will be charged per pet.
