While visiting, please remember that you are in the mountains and may experience local critters such as bugs, mice, racoons, and even bears. The house is treated for pests but that doesn't mean they won't still occasionally stop by for a visit! There have been a couple of bear sightings on the property as well. Do not leave house doors open! Please do not leave food outside or in your car and be sure to keep car doors locked - bears are smart! No refunds for nature.
