The property is approximately 40–45 minutes by car from Gold Coast Airport, depending on traffic. Brisbane Airport is around one hour away via the M1, making interstate arrivals straightforward.

- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.

- The home features internal stairs between levels.

- There are steps leading into the front entrance, making the property unsuitable for wheelchair access.

- Early Check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.

- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started.

- This booking is protected with coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, provided by Travel Support with claim up to 500 AUD (T&C Applies). For more details reach out to Guest Support team post booking.
