Urban Perch is a modern three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome designed for groups. It sleeps six comfortably and can accommodate up to eight, with four guests sharing the bedroom that has two full beds. Extra-guest fees apply above six.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING



Ybor City is lively, historic, and full of character. You may hear nearby trains, street activity, live music, or Ybor's famous roaming roosters. White-noise machines are provided in every bedroom. This is not the best fit for anyone who requires complete quiet.



This is a multi-level townhome with interior stairs, including a spiral staircase leading to the private rooftop patio. Guests must be able to manage stairs safely. The elevated rooftop requires normal caution and active supervision of children.
