Spacious 7-Bedroom House with Private Rooftop Terrace near the Sea

Imagine waking up close to the sea, enjoying a relaxed breakfast with your family, and ending the day chatting under the Vinaròs sky on a spacious rooftop terrace. Jardín San Francisco is a welcoming and generously sized home designed for large families, groups of friends, and several generations travelling together.

The house accommodates up to 13 guests and offers seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Every bedroom has air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided according to the number of registered guests.

One of the home’s most distinctive features is its private rooftop terrace, measuring approximately 40 m² and divided into four separate areas. It is a pleasant place to read, relax, enjoy a drink, spend time together or unwind outdoors after a day at the beach.

The property is located around 450 metres from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and essential services, making it easy to enjoy Vinaròs without relying on a car.

Jardín San Francisco is one of two semi-detached houses built on the same plot. The two homes share a structural wall, the pedestrian entrance from the street, the garage gate and the outdoor courtyard. Once inside the courtyard, the holiday home has its own entrance with a smart lock, and all indoor areas of the rental property are for the exclusive use of guests.

The courtyard is shared with the hosts, who live in the adjoining house and are available when assistance is needed while always respecting guests’ privacy. One vehicle may be parked in the courtyard, although this reduces the available outdoor space. Free public parking is also available nearby.

The hosts have a small family vegetable garden on the property. Guests are kindly asked not to pick fruit, vegetables or plants without permission.

The family also has Dinero, a gentle and affectionate 10-year-old Golden Retriever who is friendly, well behaved and used to being around people. He may occasionally spend time in the shared courtyard. Guests with allergies, a fear of dogs or those who prefer not to have contact with him should let the hosts know in advance so that he can remain inside the hosts’ home.

For security, exterior cameras monitor only the garage gate and entrance areas. There are no cameras inside the guest accommodation, bedrooms, bathrooms or private rooftop terrace.

The house is arranged over several floors and does not have a lift, so guests must be comfortable using stairs. Smoking is not permitted indoors and is allowed responsibly only in authorised outdoor areas.
