A 16' bell-tent, situated on a 16'x24' elevated deck, overlooking a sloping .25 acre wooded lot, near Smith's Lake (between Mio & Fairview). A fully fenced private lot in a residential subdivision. The exterior features a private firepit area with seating, several paths winding throughout the property, two car parking and a private bathhouse (toilet, sink, shower). The fully furnished interior features a queen bed, tv, two recliners, mini kitchen (mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer), lighting, heat/air, carpeting, electricity and internet/streaming services. All the comforts of home when camping!!
Smith's Lake offers opportunities for kayaking, fishing, and electric motoring. The local area has a 9 hole golf course, the Oscoda County Fairgrounds, hundreds of miles of ATV Trails and Hunting on State Land. This area is PERFECT for the outdoor enthusiast!!
