Georgetown is a small industrial neighborhood with a burgeoning art scene. Within a 5 minute walk is a great choice of restaurants and bars. The property is conveniently located between the airport and downtown, and only a block from the bus stop.
From the bus top a few blocks away you can take either the Metro 124 or 106 line to get downtown or the airport and line 60 that is a quick stop over to Beacon Hill, First Hill and Capitol Hill.
🤫 Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. This is one of four apartments in the building, so please be considerate of neighbors.
🐶 If staying with your dog (only one is allowed) please add them to the reservation (check the box "I am traveling with pets") which automatically adds my $60 pet fee to your trip total.
🐕 Dog policy: Please don’t leave pups alone if they bark/whine excessively. Blankets and covers are provided to help keep fur off furniture—thank you for helping us keep things tidy and minimizing allergens for future guests.
🚫🐱 Please note: cats are not permitted at this property under any circumstances. This policy applies to all guests without exception.

Lee's Georgetown apartment in Seattle was the perfect place to stay. It is superbly well appointment with new and functional electronics, kitchenware, heating, lighting, sleeping arrangements, and more. It looks to have been fully renovated not too long ago and is pleasant space to stay in and get a good night's sleep. And it was very clean. The bed is just a double, so it is cozy for a couple. It would seem ideal for a lone person who is attending a conference or perhaps visiting friends, or otherwise alone for a few days. Other than a few jets flying over occasionally, it was quiet for a city place. Lee was extremely attentive, wanting to make sure everything was working out and did I need anything else. I would stay here again if I am in the area for a few days. It's so much more comfortable and functional than a hotel room.

This apartment is wonderful!! Very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. You can tell that the host has put a lot of thought and care into the space and the guest experience.We stayed for about a week and were able to cook meals (the kitchen was very well stocked - maybe the best-stocked kitchen in a rental that I've seen), work, and do laundry. Felt like a home away from home.We also loved staying in Georgetown - lots of great bars and coffee shops in easy walking distance. If you're a runner or long walker, you can get up to the Chief Sealth Trail pretty easily which was an unexpected highlight! Also there's a really convenient bus stop a couple blocks away that drops you right by King St station and the light rail super convenient for getting downtown.
