The property has exterior security cameras (one at the front of the house, one at the doorbell and one at the patio). There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home — your privacy indoors is fully protected.
What we provide (starter supplies)
At check-in you'll find dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, bath tissue, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and basic toiletries. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these as needed.
BYO: food, spices, cooking oil, cooking sprays, and coffee. A drip coffee maker is provided.

For stays of 28+ nights, all adult guests are required to provide a copy of a government-issued ID (driver's license or passport) after booking, as part of our extended-stay agreement. This information is used solely for identity verification and is kept confidential.
Extended-stay policy: Stays of 28+ nights require signing a Supplemental Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking confirmation. This is a standard agreement that clarifies terms specific to longer stays. Guest must sign before check-in.
Pet Policy
We welcome one well-behaved pet with prior approval. Please message us before booking to confirm your pet is a good fit for the home.
Pet fee: $100 per stay (covers professional deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery after checkout).

Weight limit: 10 lbs. Must be house-trained and crate-trained if left alone in the home
